I contacted google play support about my debit card being charged by grindr without my permission and told them Grindr ran my card 11 times in August 2018 trying to change from $9.99 to $12.49, then to $12.99. Also id lost my old card and my new card # was posted back on google play. Id removed my old card from google play and had not put my new # on it. I demanded to know how it got put on there. I believe Grindr did this as they just refunded one $12.99 and it went on this card. Google play is trying to say i hit a wrong button when on my subscription page it shows I cancelled Grindr in July.

Boost mobile is terrible, go to another company. My phone bill is always due on the 1st of every month. Last month on the 30th my phone was shut off. I called customer service and the guy told me that since the month only had 30 days my bill was due earlier. I have filed An FCC complaint. They did something similar a couple months ago and had to credit me §100. The people you speak to there barely speak english.

I signed up for a subscription for $9.99 a month. I am on ssi and disabled. The charge came off my card every month. I do not get a paper statement. I went to the google play store and found out that without my knowledge or approval they started charging me $12.99. I contacted them and they said that they dont give refunds. I pointed out that it was fraud to do this. Of course i got the same reply about not giving refunds. I have filed with the Federal Trade Commission and. Would like to find others Grindr has done this to and file a class action against them
