Overall, it is a good experience with market4now. I have made at least 30% profit but not impressed with the customer service. The customer service is something that should be worked on. I got replied 8 hours after my question. But they respond within 24 hours. I will give a 4-star feedback for now, until I get quick reply from the customer service.

For some time now, i have been unfortunate and unlucky with other exchange markets and i lost a lot to them until i was introduced to markets. Online. The customer service responded to me but not immediately, and on several occasions.
The platform is user friendly and well understood. I make use of any payment method including master card. The friendly response from the customer support was one i admire but they do no respond immediately (after several hours but within 24 hours).
