Bought a watch which turned out to be defective. They then spent 6 months repairing and returning it (all pre covid19 so wasn't anything to do with that) they then sent me back a fake pre production version with my limited edition back plate stuck on.
They refuse to extend the warrantee even though they had the watch for longer than me during its 1 year period. And refuse to honour the purchase which included a watch with specific low numbering on the back plate.

Didn't even last a year. Basic wear and tear. Internal mechanisms literally fell apart. Sad too...
