I purchased a hoverboard for my daughter for Christmas 2016 and it did not work. They said they were going to send me a shipping label in 3 days and its already 1/30/2017 and still no label. I asked for a refund and they told me to wait 3 days for that and nothing yet. When asked to speak to management I was told their phones and not equipped to transfer calls. Spoiled my 9 year old daughters Christmas.
