Ordered some valentines items and clothing for my children. Items shipped on Jan 31. Said it would arrive between Feb 6 and 13. Today is Feb 13, no package at all. They rarely update the tracking so you have no idea where you packages are. Extremely disappointed in this company because thanks to their crappy service my children will not have their valentines outfits for tomorrow. This place should be shut down. Completely and utterly useless company.
Tip for consumers:
DO NOT USE PITNEY BOWES.

Nothing. My package has not arrived. First it was supposed to be delivered Monday Feb 12. Then it changed to Tues Feb 13 and still no package has arrived.
