Despite our last deception, we placed another order this week (March 2018) and this time I would like to express our gratitude to Modanisa for the fast delivery (less than one week) and the quality of the received items.
History:
I made an order beginning of August 2017 but they sent me the wrong article and despite my different email and contacts I haven't received any response for more then one and a half month, BE AWARE THAT THEY HAVE NO RESPECT REGARDING THEIR CUSTOMERS. I highly recommend to not buy anything from them.
Update1: even the response from Modanisa shows the non respect that they have regarding their customers and the bad quality of service provided by this company. They asked for the order number although I provided more than 10 times to their support (if it exists).
Update2: As mentioned by the last response from Modanisa, yes I was finally refunded but I think that I had to not wait all this time and spend all this effort for a simple return request especially that the mistake was in their side (wrong delivery). If you compare what other online shops in Germany offer you as quality of service you realize how bad is the one offered by Modanisa. Even without any delivery error you can easily (and free) with these shops return an item just because it does not look like you expected. My message to Modanisa is: if you don't work on improving your quality of service and if you don't offer a process to easily return non desired items, you will lose all your customers soon or later.
