I have been using Groupon for years, in Australia and overseas.
For the first time that I am having an issue with a purchased item and gave feedback and complain about it I did not get any support, return or refund. This experience was extremely disappointing and unsatisfying.
I ordered a SOFA BED 2 IN 1, worse purchase ever made, bad quality, extremly uncomfortable. When buying a sofa, you do expect to be sitting comfortably and relax on it. This one in particular, you can not.
Consequently, I have a sofa now that I can not use, waisting handred of dollars and Groupon that does not care for customer support/ help.
Just wanted to share my story and help further customer by letting now what is happening, if you receive bad goods from Groupon. Do not expect anything.
