Appalling, unhelpful customer service after a failed delivery to a care home by Prestige Flowers' delivery contractor, Royal Mail. Thomas, the senior customer service 'complaint elevator', simply argued with me, insisting that it was my job to contact their delivery sub-contractor, with whom I have no relationship. I would have settled for a refund, but that was refused, too. Appling experience with a company that has so many complaints it has employed people whose job it is to argue with customers.
