I have been a green coffee customer of Sweet Maria's for several years, and have been very satisfied with every purchase, except one 2-pound bag of organic SWP coffee. I haven't roasted it often, but it has never smelled like fresh coffee, and tastes bad regardless of the roast value. I asked if I could have a credit refund on my account, but instead received a response saying no one else has complained and suggesting that something may be wrong with my roasting techniques (I've been roasting for 10+ years). In a second response he/she said that they had just brewed some of the coffee and it was quite delicious. I consider these responses rude, defensive, self-vindicating, and not at all customer oriented. After two responses like these, I am saying goodbye to Sweet Maria's.
