Customer service and business practices are one-sided and horrible. After numerous attempts to contact company merchandise was returned. Received damaged merchandise and after paid quite a bit to return them, returned was issued as a store credit. Buyers beware of product quality. The earrings were very heavy (not hypoallergenic metal) and missing a few poorly glued in beads. Be ready to throw your money to the wind, because once you click it's gone.
