Everyone at Cascadia is approachable, friendly, and you really get the sense that they actually care about you, which is so important when you're starting something new! The instructors provide clear demonstrations, and if you still don't get it after that, they are more than happy to give you a one-on-one demonstration to be sure you have got it. Workouts are challenging, but are also really fun! I recommend Cascadia without hesitation!
