I thought I had an issue with a purchase I did & emailed Ibotta CS. They replied within minutes with a positive outcome. Then, I realized I did a mistake & emailed them back to correct my mistake but instead Ibotta CS surprised me with an awesome answer. Ibotta has always helped me when I rarely had any issues.
