UPDATE: The company eventually credited me to the higher tier and sent some coupons ($5, $15 off, Bday coupon) to honor the tier. If you sign up for the rewards account, just make sure you keep track of your purchases to make sure you are being credited. Also it seems that if you use the coupons, depending on the amount of the coupon, your points go down, so your tier may change. I don't want to specify too much because I'm not accurate on the breakdown of points and coupons.
The company has nice clothes (there are other and better deals elsewhere online, though), but the way they set up the rewards system is a disservice to some of the customers. I am a customer that has spent at least $2,000.00 at the store and had an issue of getting credited the proper rewards (until the company eventually fixed the issue). They send the standard mail coupons like $25 off of $125 every now and then, but for customers that spent hundreds or thousands of dollars, you're supposed to have access to certain things like free shipping on all orders, free returns, various rewards. I'm not sure if there was an issue with my account previously because there may have been a change with the settings or terms on the site earlier in the year? Hopefully customers who sign up now won't have the same confusion as before.
I attached a partial listing of my orders I've made. However after the update, I'll just keep it here instead of deleting it to show some proof of purchase.
