I placed an order and was notified that it was going to be delayed. I immediately contacted customer service to either expedite the shipping or cancel the order because I needed the items by a certain date. I received a generic reply that someone would contact me, but no one did. I subsequently reached out a few more times, and again received no response. I finally was able to speak with someone today, and he told me that the items are no longer eligible to be returned because it's beyond 30 days. However, I did my part and contacted them within a day of placing the order. So why am I being penalized when customer service failed?! Absolutely unacceptable!

I purchased a present for my son for the holidays, and they refused to return it because it was beyond the 14 day return policy. They were unapologetic and didn't even offer to give a store credit.
