I placed an order and was notified that it was going to be delayed. I immediately contacted customer service to either expedite the shipping or cancel the order because I needed the items by a certain date. I received a generic reply that someone would contact me, but no one did. I subsequently reached out a few more times, and again received no response. I finally was able to speak with someone today, and he told me that the items are no longer eligible to be returned because it's beyond 30 days. However, I did my part and contacted them within a day of placing the order. So why am I being penalized when customer service failed?! Absolutely unacceptable!
