Scheduled my exam, drove 45 minutes and took the day off of work to arrive and get turned away because they were overbooked. I have become increasingly upset with PSI itself and the lack of customer service they have provided. I have been on hold for multiple hours a DAY since Monday trying to get a hold of anyone that can help. Out of the three people I have actually talked to after being transferred countless times, I have been told: I'm not eligible because I was absent and that I'd have to repay, given the "supervisors number" which was only another automatic messaging service for the real estate license in Missouri (mind you- I'm taking a healthcare exam in Michigan), and actually hung up on. PSI has a F grade on their BBB website as well as several other terrible reviews across the website for their customer service and untrustworthy practices. I wish I could test through some else that was actually reliable.

We spoke and resolved your missing check in February 2022, but I wanted to leave an update here for anyone reading through. When searching your email, we only receive the order email testing results and a second email chain I started with you in addition to our automated order updates. I then searched our spam folder to see if your messages landed there, we had one of your emails land in spam. We marked your email as non-spam for future contact, so sorry for the one email that landed in spam. We followed up with you a total of 3 times to ensure you received the initial check we mailed to you in February. We did not hear back and checked to see that the check was cashed. Since the check was cashed this indicated to us that you received your payment okay.
