The EDD and the SDI department act as your not entitle for the benefits your employer and you contribute to. When someone becomes disable this should be the less of there worries to be waiting to get there benefits. This government needs to do something about the way there employees are handling each client case and the time manner. If there collection department answer in a timely manner they should do the same to the people who are requesting for there benefits. They also need to answer the online request on there claim why have this if they never follow up. Answer the phone lines no one needs to be waiting all day to not even get through!
