These people are total scammers! On the surface, you might think that this is a good shopping portal site to use if you're a frequent online shopper. However, once they notice that you're a big spender (or even perhaps a moderate spender), the so-called executives/supervisors in the "back room" at ShopSmarter.com will automatically lock your account and accuse you of "shopping for business purposes," which they say is not what their portal site is intended for. In fact, they will actually allow you to keep on shopping for up to 3 months--all the while collecting membership fees from you as well--and will only flag and lock your account right before the quarterly payout period, so that they can avoid the payout itself! And when your account is locked, you can't even access the record of purchases that you've already made. They purposely try to keep information from you so that you can't determine how much you are owed once they try to scam you by accusing you of shopping for business. To be honest, I'm not even sure if the fine print in their terms & conditions actually states that they prohibit "purchases for business use," but it's certainly not something that they are openly transparent about when asking you to sign up and become a member with them. And even if you provide proof of your purchases (in the form of online receipts, order confirmations, etc.) that you're indeed NOT buying for business, but for personal use, they will try and find another excuse to keep from paying you! Just read some of these reviews here at Sitejabber, and you'll see that ShopSmarter.com goes to great lengths to prevent any major payouts to its members, using one lame excuse after another. What's worse is they keep the money that they get paid from not only the membership fee that you give them, but also from the shopping that YOU DID from using their portal site! How ridiculous is that? They keep the commission that they get from the retailers that you bought from, but THEY WON'T GIVE YOU THE PROMISED 10% CASHBACK THAT YOU RIGHTFULLY EARNED by spending all that money! So if that's not a scam, then I don't know what is! That's why those of us who have been misled and victimized by this scamming shop portal site need to come together and launch a massive class action lawsuit against ShopSmarter.com. We will then not only get what we are rightfully owed from them, but there should be extra funds as well based on the punitive damages that the court(s) will award us to punish these guys. So please contact me directly at *******@yahoo.com and tell me your story of how you have been misled, deceived, or otherwise duped by this fraudulent company, and I will pass it onto my lawyers who are building a case against this unscrupulous company as we speak. Together, we will get justice against these culprits!

Tip for consumers:
Once again, e-mail me about your experience with ShopSmarter.com at: *******@yahoo.com, and let me know if you'd be willing to join in on the class action lawsuit that my lawyers are building against them. Don't worry... you won't have to do any leg work other than to sign some paperwork in the mail. So please, get on board and let's punish these scumbags at ShopSmarter.com!
