I purchased a men's leather jacket as a birthday present almost a year ago. It was a little on the small size, so I purchased another jacket in a larger size. I returned the original jacket that was never worn, in it's original packaging... prior to returning, I had to take pictures and send them to customer service for management's approval before I could return the jacket. "Approval" took months. Finally got it after quite a few email exchanges, chats and phone calls. What a joke. Didn't stop there - they have had the returned jacket now since December and have yet to refund my money. Each time I reach out, their response is ridiculous, repetitive and frankly fraudulent. No wonder Wilson's had to shut down their brick and mortar locations - they should go out business totally. If you purchase from them you better hope it is a perfect fit and you don't have to return the item - because you will never get your money back from these thieves.
