I experienced an issue with the 230-gal Keter Outdoor Storage Box where a part of the top broke off. When I reached out to the company for assistance, they requested my receipt, which I did not possess. Despite being willing to pay for a replacement top, I was surprised to receive an email stating that they would sell me a replacement top for approximately $379. This seemed unreasonable, considering that I could purchase a new box for $300. I felt disrespected. I've included the actual email from the company showing where I wanted to order a replacement top.
