I have worked for years with another remote computer repair service with great success. This one is a COMPLETE DISASTER! After trying (for a few minutes) to resolve the issue, unsuccessfully, the technician disconnected and told me to "try" something that would take significant effort and might not even be successful. If the tech was so certain of her recommendation, why didn't she try it while I was online? In addition, she was very brusque, bordering on completely rude. Needless to say, I will never contact this agency again.

Thank you for taking the time to write a comment Alan. We contacted Alan immediately after his conversation with our technician to understand the details. Alan was not charged any cost for the diagnosis but unfortunately we were unable to resolve the issue remotely. In addition, we are going to be reviewing our procedures to make sure customer service is our priority.
