They shipped me a perfume that was missing about 1/6 of the bottle, then when I asked if I could return it or get some sort of credit, they stated that they checked with their "supplier" and the supplier assured them that it was how it was "supposed" to be. I had ordered 2 of the same designer - Cavalli, and the 1 bottle was full, and the second bottle was clearly missing perfume. They said that I could pay for the shipping to send it back to them, and then pay a 30% re-stocking fee, and then pay shipping again to get a new one shipped to me.

Worst customer service experience ever. I would never recommend this site to anyone. I was previously going to fragrancenet.com, which is an American company with lower prices, but they have stopped shipping to Canada at the moment, so I thought I would try Fragrance1001. Worst experience ever.
