Ordered online and turned up to collect. Checked in at car park and as I approached restaurant there was a sign up saying it was closed due to staff shortages. KFC still took my money for food I couldn't collect.
To be fair from past experience of this restaurant some of the items I ordered would have been missing from the bag anyway. Avoid at all costs
Don't even bother with their "Care Squad" the only reply you will get from them is requesting more information which they will ignore when you send it to them
