I had my bank card compromised after making a purchase with this company.
I had issues with delivery which when contacting them was made clear that was my problem and not there's.
They do not give a damn about consumer rights and customer care.
I did - eventually - receive my order only because I went to the couriers local depot and collected it. Unfortunately gifts were as disappointing as the service.
I ordered a photo frame having provided a high quality photo and the picture I received looked like it was painted in a nursery - the quality was shocking. The photo image looked like it was painted and smeared.
The other gift was a charm which was a much better image bizzarely but the engraved writing required a magnifying glass to read - just pay the extra to Pandora and get the real thing and a longer retention of your hair line!
