Worst experience ever. After few emails with the owners he decided to cancel my account without even trying to explain the situation. I had a concern with an invoice that was created which I thought was wrong. I asked him about the total without noticing that I was being charged for 3 months rather than just 1.
He simply said, "You can't read". Way too lazy and unprofessional.
No replies to my question about my refund. I don't recommend this company if you are looking to use support with your product, as their support sucks.
