Further to my previous review, Plumb Tap have redeemed themselves good style! I was able to return the incorrectly ordered item, and a refund is now being processed. I am so impressed, I have placed another (correct) order and look forward to receiving it. Thank you Plumb Tap

I placed an order and received email confirmation immediately which I opened straight away.I realised I had ordered the wrong size, and immediately emailed to request cancellation and also completed an on line message. Both done within 5 minutes of their email confirmation. When I rang to check, they said it had been shipped already! Disgraceful customer service! I asked for a prepaid return slip and they refused. AVOID, DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.
