I booked a ticket with them 2 month ago in July 2021 and the company I was supposed to flight with cancel the ticket and proceeded to a full refund because there was no way for me to travel with them a that time. I called asap ticket to book another ticket for same day but we did not get one. I pay an extra money to book a flight at the airport, thinking that asap ticket will refund me in 3 business days. Are are in September I still did not receive my money and I call them countless they ne lying to me and all that. I'm looking forward a way to get my money back. I will not recommend anybody to asap ticket ever! Y'all need to improve your service and refund policy fr.
