The second time I order, and the second time I do not get the items. I got a next day delivery, they not only did not deliver the next day, but its been a month and I still waiting. They blame the shipping company but apparently they did not provide information at all, not address no contact number, nothing. After I did myself, I do not know what happened but they send the package back to boohoo, they still haven't given me the money back and they say they need to investigate why the shipping company failed.
After all this I never saw the package, I do not know what they have to wait for. They need to sort it out themselves.
I have to keep explaining what the story is because they change agents in the chat every time I send a message and they don't bother to read up. I been explaining over and over again the situation every day for 3 weeks, I honestly just want my money back.
