Online shipping delivery is an entire mess. Packages are so dirty it's Shame. They receive orders they don't have in stock play gamble with low stock orders and sometimes u get in a month or u don't get at all or lost or some something. Customer service is useless and full of lies. Keep giving the go around and waste your time bout to delete the app and forget about them not worth the stress. They have lost 2 packages and failed
To fufill a a few in weeks

Ok I was so I excited I had been checking out there Instagram for awhile as soon as I saw a sale pop up i went for it. I bough 4 rompers and 3 jumpers at a go to my disappointment there was an issue with every one of them one was unfinished the others where torn one thing or the other

Then I don't know what possessed me to go and make 3 more purchases of the romper I was sent something else not even one thing I ordered was sent entirely different patterns that wasn't even on there website at the time of purchase. This is a pain for me recieveing items then going back and forth with customer service

D first 2 orders I had to go back and forth and got partial refunds the refund won't cover d cost to get them fixed but I let it go as I thot I was supporting a small business but my 3rd order been sent totally something different is now insulting why not mail to say what I ordered was no longer available give me options or refund my money this isn't right. This isn't a thrift store

At this point I am so unhappy I won't even b going back and forth with them again I have sent them the issues yet again plus email plus messaged their instagram and am tired.

Expensive nonsense. What's even more sad is all d influencers reviewing this trash. Never again. A mess tangles and sheds like madness at first it's nice and then suddenly d switch don't even bother wasting products just Count ur lose and move on and if you do see this before u buy DONT'.
