This simple purchase was complicated due to fact I placed it in the middle of your discount revisions. Attempts to do it on-line would not take my discount code and when I called in to discuss and went through the ordering again your sales agent told me I could get a discount for the code issued for the entire month of January. I said that On-line issued the discount for the entire month and legally they should be bound by this commitment. She put me on hold and went to check on this and came back on line to say the discount is valid and we got the order placed. A time consuming exercise.
