HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! STAY AWAY from this company! I ordered 2 pairs of prescription glasses with them and one frame with non prescription lenses. The ordering process on the website itself was a nightmare. The site is super slow and not very well laid out. I have attached a copy of my prescription and saved it on my profile on the site. Today I received the non prescription glasses. I call Clearly just to make sure the other two are still coming and not lost in shipment. To my surprise I was notified that one of my pairs of glasses has been cancelled due to "system error with the prescription". WHHHHAAATTT?! How is the prescription just fine for one of the pairs and not the other?! Why was I not notified of this right away and only found out by chance?! How can a company that mainly relies on online sales have such horrid system and horribly running website? They actually made me reorder the pair of glasses again and tried to ensure me that I will not be charged for shipment. I will keep my eye on my billing as I have no doubt they will further screw this up. I have zero trust for this company at this point. They are extremely incompetent and very stressful to deal with! Will never buy from Clearly again
