I was a little skeptical at first because of mixed reviews, but Flagship came through. There was a delay from the supplier so my part was on back order about 30 extra days. The Accounts Manager, Princess C. Got involved and another person, Vance A. Kept me in the loop with periodic messages. When the part arrived…it was tripled package and worked as promised. All in all I was very satisfied.
