First: agent didn't even read my response and sent me an automated or at least tone-deaf message. And then proceeded with something along the lines of "we can't alter your order because it's too deep in the process, but also it isn't deep enough to actually ship it to you" which makes no sense. Funko's products are great, but ordering from the website is easily a chore. I have needed cancellations on two orders minutes after ordering them and, replacements on damaged deliveries that have absolutely no protection, and address changes on different orders and Funko always happens to "not have the ability" to do any of them. They claim they can't cancel and they claim they can't change addresses, both of which I have the experience to say are standard in internet fulfillment positions. Worst part? They rarely acknowledge it if at all and continue to bide by their bad policies and horrible customer service as if they were proud of it.
