I had the absolute worst customer service experience with them. I wanted to buy a coin package but was experienced a problem. I notified customer service and they said they didn't care and ended the conversation. Rest assured, I won't be spending money on them or playing with them ever again.
Tip for consumers:
Their customer service is worthless.
I suppose my title might be innacurate. Tinder fails even as a waste of time. I've been on for a few years now and haven't made any sort of contact on any level. Paying for their gold or platinum does nothing; I've paid for both. Absolute waste of money. I doubt there's actual people on their site. Doing literally anything else with your time would be a better use of it rather than going on Tinder.
Tip for consumers:
Don't bother. Do any possible other thing rather than use Tinder. You'd be better off.

I bought their gold and platinum memberships. Both were complete wastes. There's no customer service and no refunds. They're basically thieves.
A total scam. It costs money to do anything on this site, and lots of it. Be prepared to shell out every last penny just to have the briefest conversation with someone who may or may not be real. Total waste of time. Worse, doing ANYTHING ELSE would be a better use of your time.
UPDATE: they reached out to see if they could do anything to make up for the poor review, which I do appreciate. They'd be better off doing nothing! All they did was waste my time. Nothing was accomplished, nothing was resolved. I thought my opinion of them couldn't get lower, but they found a way to get me to think even less of them. If I could give them negative stars, I would.
