This has to be one of the worse customer service for booking flights, they are king of say one thing & when that make a mistake, they blame the customer instead of accepting responsibility for their mistake and /or they pass the buck onto the airlines is the issue not them! Then when u request to speak with a manager or supervisor, they say don't have or they don't do customer service?! What? So when the rep makes a mistake, there isn't anyone to genuinely help u with your issue, before this bad experience, they were actually worth the discount but now I'll just pay the extra money with Traveloka because at least they have some form of Customer Service & actually help their customers, NusaTrip just blames the customer and no one can help!
