I use to really like my campaign but now I paid for a campaign and it's not there.
I have been using Terraboost for about 3 years. They were great at the beginning, there were some issues in the beginning but no major issues.
I renewed my campaign Jan 2022 and paid a year in advanced. Around Feb 2022, I found my campaign was removed and replaced with a competitor. I had reached out to my sales rep at Terraboost and he said he would look into it. After a few months, I noticed it was still not there, I followed up and they said they would work on it. I had been in communications with them and just kept saying they were working on it.
Around late July 2022, the rep said they were changing from static campaigns to electronic campaigns. Which in my opinion is a big lost. With the static campaigns my campaign was up 25/7, with electronic campaigns, they cycle through with other advertisers. We would be paying the same amount. I said I never signed up for this but their manager, Bill Selling said they can make changes if the company chose to do so. I also had called the other advertisers on the campaigns at the same location, and they said they know nothing about their campaigns changing. Anyhow, I just wanted my campaign up. They promised it was getting installed within a couple weeks. It is now almost December 2022, nothing has been done and my campaign is still not up.
At this point, I am extremely upset, because I have been given the run around. Now, during the busiest time of the year at super markets, my campaign is not being utilized.
The product is great and definitely helped with neighborhood recognition but it definitely doesn't help if Terraboost cant even keep their promise with the product up.
I would be very cautious if you choose to hire this company. Follow ups is NOT good.
Note: if people see other reviews from me, it's because Terraboost had reached out, say they would fix it and ask me to remove my negative reviews. Terraboost really has a huge internal problem as no one seems to know what is going on.
