“Coquitlam location at Barnet Highway is excellent!”

I love the venue - lots of parking, clean, accessible by public transport. I love the instructors - very inspiring, energetic. Its a kick $#*! workout where depending on the instructor you may spent just over 500 cal during your 1 hour exercise. Also I noticed a lot of muscle in my arms which never happened before. Highly recommend!
