Huesnet Internet service is another one of those companies that are completely ran by bots. But first if you have this service put a STOP PAYMENT on your card right now! Nothing goes through on time but them taking your money. I am disabled and on the ACP program. Huesnet Internet service sent my ACP information to another company (for what reason I don't know - and could not find out) they did not tell me of this move for three (3) months and charged me the full amount the entire time. I called and requested some help with this and got told to contact the ACP program. I called my ACP service agent before I called Huesnet. They are the company taking the money so they are responsible for the transaction. They did nothing to help me resolve my dispute. I asked for a month credit for stealing $120.00 (1 month of service is $97.18.
