For over a year I have been on Pureprofile about how much redemption and there response has always been we are looking at it and yet I have over $500 in my account and yet I can only take $70. This is a on going problem and they always say they are looking into the problem. Now I have been reading about there investors and they dont care about us who they owe money to. I feel that Pureprofile just scam us for money and they hold as much as they can and failing to pass on what is ours,
We can understand your frustration at not being able to access the funds that you have accumulated and want you to know that it is definitely a priority to bring about this change and I am sure you understand updates like these take time.
I can confirm that we are working on some changes to the Pureprofile site in regards to reward restrictions and this will see our most valued Account Holders like you be rewarded more and with fewer restrictions in place; please stay with us whilst we bring these into production.
Having said that I assure you that this is in production and we will notify all members once our new rewards scheme goes live. We will launch soon.
