I've honestly never experienced such terrible customer experience in my life—especially from the likes of a luxury retailer. I ordered a coat, returned it 2 days later as it was too big and still haven't received a refund 36 days later. Back and forth with customer service, takes them 5 days to reply with no updates, misunderstood my case multiple times, they don't look at previous comms. False promises, false information regarding refunds. I can honestly say I will NEVER shop with Coggles ever again—they clearly don't have the cash flow to refund customers.
