My experience over several deliveries:
CONS:
Produce unripe or on verge of spoiling on every order
Items not ordered
Charged twice for same order at different amounts triggering fraud alert with cc company
Found service fee and was sort of OK with it until I learned it does not go to delivery people
Tricky to reduce service fee under certain circumstances
Got items I did not order
Credits not provided, gave up
PROS:
If you cannot go out, it's an option
Sent 5 chickens, instead of 5 lbs. of chicken, and was fully credited
