I have been around and around in circles with this "company". I ordered a calming cat collar in December 2021 and since January I have had countless emails with Ooala asking where my item is. I ended up asking for a refund but they said I could only have one once I received my item... But it hadnt even been shipped!? It's now nearly the end of Feb and they've stopped replying to me. I'm going to have to chase up with my bank for a refund.
