They told me, that this charm is out of stock and I can't order it. Also, they want me to send a ring back, and the only thing they can propose me is 10% off the next order. I asked if they can find this item in stock directly in store somewhere near me. They said yes, but they can't send it to me. After, I asked about the discount, I wanted to use it in store. But. They told me: This discount can be used only for online order.
