If I could I would give this company and their customer service supervisors a minus 10. Absolutely appalling shopping experience with appalling customer service to match. Do not waste your money on this company. We bought two tops in their sale, one grey one blue for an anniversary gift for my husband. He had wanted the blue one for quite some time so I was excited to get it for him. But they shipped the grey one and shoved some other random top in the bag to replace the blue one. When I tried to reorder the blue one they were then out of my husbands size. When I called customer service there was nothing they could do to compensate us except send us a return label! They were not willing to work with us and overnight another size to see if it worked (we were leaving the state so needed it in a hurry to give us chance to return it) and the customer service supervisor refused to speak to me. The grey top turned out to be nothing like the picture anyway, and given their disgraceful customer service over a mistake they made, and terrible fulfillment Dept, we decided to send the whole lot back. Don't waste your money with these people!

Tip for consumers:
This company is incapable of fulfilling your order correctly and they are not willing to try to rectify any mistakes they make. So if you get the wrong item don’t expect them to do any more than just send you a return label for it. The customer service representative was friendly and courteous, but he had zero autonomy to try to fix the mistake, and the person who could fix it refused to talk to me. I’ve never had customer service like it.
