Excellent customer experience! They responded promptly to my numerous request and set out to satisfy me as a customer. For one of my classes. I actually need to get a full refund and even though it was against policy they complied and gave me full refund!

Tip for consumers:
Please don't worry and put 100% faith in them, they will not let you down.
