I bought phone eraser which didn't work for my phone because of broken screen, requested a refound the same day and didn't get it, but okay i should try it before buying it. I also bought data recovery program, when i downloaded the files all the images were corupted and I was unable to open it, again of course no refound. So point of the story DON'T RISK BUYING IT in very likely scenarion something goes wrong you won't get your money back.

Their product does not recover all files as they indicate for the "basic fee" BUT it shows ALL...

We are eager to fix the problem after knowing users encounter an issue using the product, so our support may ask you to provide specific details via emails for further troubleshooting, and this was the reason we didn't process a refund for you in the first place.
