They want to force you to change your password when a third party service says the password for your email has been "powned". They do not take into account people who use different passwords for each login, do not understand that forced password changes actually LOWERS security (look it up), and when asked for specific evidence that a password was leaked, they can not (or will not) provide it. They treat a long-time customer like a newbie and just spout nonsense with no evidence at all. If you want security, go somewhere else because these people have no clue.
