Placed an order on June 13th. Updated order on June 23rd. The order never changed to "sent to shipping" until first week of August. At the end of the first week of August it changed to "shipped." We paid for 2-4 day express shipping. Our order has never arrived, never received a tracking number. No response to emails or calls even though we know other people have received a response. At this point we're looking into reversing the charges on our card as we believe they are purposely dodging communication with us.
