The downside: It took nearly a month for me to receive my glasses after I placed my order. The status updates that were supposed to be available online were never accurate so I needed to send multiple email queries and wait for a response. They don't have a way to call to talk to customer service so it felt a bit like being captive.
The upside is that their prices were fair and the new lenses seem great.
I wish I could wholeheartedly recommend Lensabl. Perhaps as they continue to grow, their processes will improve and the overall customer experience and communication will be better.
