Orders are frequently over an hour late. I ordered pizza from the block right behind me when I had a broken foot. Over an hour, no pizza. Dasher was double, triple? Dashing. Passed my house. Was in other towns. What am I going to do with ice cold pizza? Tonight I ordered chips and dip…yes, just chips and dips. 20 minutes. Over an hour and a half later no chips and dip. Had to cancel, no idea when it was coming. So I got a refund but no dinner. Where's the chips and dip? According to customer service they were returned to the restaurant. Eew. What I'd like for the frustration and trouble is my food and a refund. This happens frequently. I always have dashers leave the food without telling me. On the steps in the freezing cold winter. Knocked over, drink spilled. One time everything in the bag was laid out across the entire front steps and the dasher is snapping photos on his phone like a photographer. Let's try Ubereats.

8:30 yesterday kids in masks walked up the pathway, up the steps, kicked in the door. Nothing on ring.

Tip for consumers:
I’d like to know why it picks up everything except a kid in a mask kicking in a door in a hate crime. Picked up him leaving. But not walking up the steps or kicking it in, where at the location, it should have. It picks up the mailman and Amazon. Now what could have been a deadly situation it doesn’t pick up. Could have used that for the police. Would’ve been very helpful and would’ve led to an arrest. Need to get a different brand as back up I guess.

I called customer service yesterday at 5:00. After a half hour on hold with really loud music I started a chat help. Another half hour on hold to be immediately transferred and be on hold for a half hour. No response from the chat either. Gave up on everything. Next morning at about 7:00 am I get a text from Citizens chat "How can I help you?"!

First I opened this bank and I "was not entitled to this service". I've always had zelle. I pay the babysitters with zelle. I pay before and after school programs with zelle. I have a broken foot and cannot walk or drive for at least six weeks. When I need money to pay people for errands and shopping I need zelle. I'm not allowed to have it. Opened up another bank. This is a week at least. One day I have zelle. Meanwhile, I had changed my work direct deposit and child support direct deposit to Wells Fargo, so I was stuck for a little while. So a week and a half later it's time for child support. Every single Wednesday when I wake up and it's in checking. Same routine for 6 1/2 years. Until I put the depisit to Wells Fargo. Wednesday…it's not there. Thursday…no child support. Child support says it was sent out Wednesday (like always). So here I am AGAIN, back on customer service with Wells Fargo. Supervisor makes sure I used the correct routing number…the bank employee filled out the information as is required by child support. Supervisor tells me it's on me to tell child support to provide a trace and according to this rule and that it needs to be this trace and that and not this it that. Bottom line. I have no child support. That money helps support a child. Helps with all expenses. Now I'm short rent money. I just zelled all my money to Bethpage. Printed out the new Child Support Direct Depisit form. Have Bethpage information and paperwork for my job direct deposit. Turning that in tomorrow am ASAP and mailing child support form after Bethpage fills it out Saturday. But thank you. Thank you Wells Fargo for making me want to keep my money under a mattress where at least I have control over it.

I use zelle every week to pay childcare. I use it to transfer between banks. I have a broken foot and wanted to use it to pay people when they go to the store for me. 6 zelled never went through. Called Friday through Sunday. Asked if this is common and would it keep happening. "Now and then". Tol my money and went elsewhere. Had the bank for 3 days.

Tip for consumers:
Worst bank I ever dealt with. And I thought Jovia was bad.
