I'm only on day 3 of workouts, but I am loving it so far. I enjoy That after your work out it asks if it was too easy, and if you feel it was, the app overs you other short workouts so you can keep going. The recipes are pretty tasty, and logging my foods has helped me to see where I'm going wrong with my intake. This app is perfect for a all, especially those with busy lifestyle where you may only have 20 minutes to squeeze in a workout at home while the kids nap.
